Returns & Refund Policy

Effective from 1st December 2020

At Vaporplus, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. All returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with customer satisfaction as our priority.


Returns

We accept returns only for unopened (including original packaging) and unused products for a full refund of the retail price only.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products showing any signs of use will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer.

To request a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and return the item to our shop at your own cost.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement items may be:

  • Shipped back to the customer at the customer’s own cost, or

  • Credited to the customer’s account for use on future purchases.

Consumable and perishable items — including e-liquids, replacement coils, pods, and disposable devices — are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.


Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

If the return is approved, further instructions will be provided.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned item has been physically received and inspected by Vaporplus.

Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.


International Orders

For international shipments, any delays or customs-related issues must be handled by the customer with their local customs authorities. Customers are responsible for providing all required documentation to clear the shipment. Vaporplus customer service will assist in coordinating with the shipping provider where possible.

Refunds for international orders are not applicable under any circumstances.

Orders returned due to customer refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from manufacturing are not considered defects. Returns or exchanges will be accepted only for functional defects.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
